I coach leaders who are stepping into something bigger than they've done before, hitting a wall they can't diagnose, or navigating a major transition (chosen or otherwise). My clients are typically founders, operators, and executives at high-growth companies. I work one-on-one, via video.
Topics I regularly work through with clients include earning trust in a new or expanded role, making hard decisions about who should be in which seats, building and rebuilding teams through rapid growth or change, navigating the identity shift that comes with big career transitions, figuring out what "next" actually looks like, and juggling work and parenthood.
I have a direct and approachable style. I will usually lead with questions, yet I will tell you what I actually think, if you ask. I'm not a therapist and this isn't therapy, but I take the whole person seriously, not just the professional problem in front of us.
I work with a small number of clients, founders and leaders in fast-growing companies who are navigating something significant and want a thought partner who has been inside similar rooms.
A typical engagement is three months: 9 sessions, every 2-3 weeks, at $5,500. That structure works well for a defined challenge or transition.Â
Some clients continue on an ongoing basis after the initial package; others don't need to. I'm straightforward about which I think applies.
The first conversation is always free. 45 minutes. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you, and if I know someone better suited to what you're working on, I'll say that too.
